Had a broken spring at 3 in the afternoon. My garage door opener ate the upper 2 panels of the door. They were torn and tweaked and the door wouldn't clock properly any longer. Brad came over that evening and put on new springs and also increased the spring size because I had added insulation to the door which was causing extra wear and tear on the springs. He was also able to find 2 of the exact panels I needed and returned the next day and made my door functional again. Would give 10 stars if that was an option, he'll be my goto and I will be referring as much as possible. Thanks buddy! ~ S D

IMPRESSED IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT! He had an emergency and we could not shut our garage door and was not safe for our kids in the home. Brad came over at 9pm to close it at no cost. I swore I needed a new door but he recommended to rebuild what we already had saving us over $2000 possibly. He gave us a fair price for the rebuild and he is doing it tomorrow at whatever time I was available. Now that’s customer service! Above and beyond in our opinion. I've been so used to reading others reviews before I decide on whatever it is I'm going to have to pay for. I called a couple other places and what I described they were preparing me for a $600+ opener. I talked to Brad at AZ1 and was met by someone who was super nice and personable. after diagnosing what was wrong and It ended up being a pretty quick fix (15min) and didn't charge me anything!! My garage door would not close and it was getting dark out and I have a lot of valuable tools in my garage- I immediately called this place in a state of panic. To my tremendous relief, Brad came right over and fixed it in no time at a very reasonable cost. Amazing, can't go wrong with this company. Brad was great. Quick response, arrived on site within a couple hours. Made quick work of my broken torsion spring. On Brad's recommendation I upgraded to dual springs..and wow what a difference. Brad even balanced my garage door and adjusted the opener height and closure force at no charge. Brad answered at 1am when nobody when other businesses listed as 24hr were not answering. He got here at 2am and was done by 3 changing out 2 springs and lubricating the door. I I sounds quieter and smoother than ever , and didn’t charge me extra for the night visit Thank You Brad ~ Alicia W
